Dietary Manager Program

A Message from the Program Director

Welcome to the Auburn University Dietary Managers Program! The Auburn University Dietary Managers Program is a nationally accredited correspondence program providing food service professionals in institutional foodservice such as healthcare, school nutrition, and corrections a quality education.  An individual who successfully completes the Auburn DM Program is eligible to become a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) by passing a credentialing exam administered by the Association of Nutrition and Foodservice Professionals (ANFP).  We are proud of all of our graduates who have advanced their careers by becoming Certified Dietary Managers.

A major strength of the program is our friendly experienced distance learning staff and RD instructors/graders that have the expertise to facilitate your success in completing the program.  Currently enrolled students as well as graduates often comment on the prompt assistance they received while enrolled the program.

In 2015, the Auburn University Dietary Managers Program will be available online as well as the traditional correspondence. We are excited about offering the program online, which will be an additional course option for the foodservice professional.

After navigating our website, I hope that you will enroll in our program and join us as we move forward.  I truly appreciate your interest in the Auburn University Dietary Managers Program.
