The General Education Development (GED) testing is administered by Auburn testing Services through Pearson Vue, one of our authorized testing sites.
The GED is a is a set of exams that when passed certify the test taker has met high-school level academic skills.

- Scores are available the same day you test on your MyGED® online portal under the My Scores section. Log in at GED.com to see your scores.
Registration & Additional Information
You need to sign up at GED.com to schedule the GED® test. All accommodations should be completed with GED prior to arrival at the Test Center. If accommodations are needed, visit their website at GED Computer Accommodations. Cost vary by state. Visit the GED website for more information.
To request a transcript prior to 2014, visit the GED website. After 2014, log in to your MyGED online portal. You may also call the Alabama College System for Transcript Request: (334) 353-4885 or (800) 392-8086.
Test Day Information
- Arrive at the test center 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will allow you enough time to complete the check-in procedures before beginning your exam.
- You will be required to show one valid form ID. The ID must be government issued and non-expired. Examples of these are: Passport, Driver’s license, Learner’s permit, National / State / Country identification card
If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your appointment time and refused admission, please note the exam and delivery fees are not refundable.
