Learn the foundations of leadership through a one-semester version of our traditional Explore program focusing on building your leadership identity and skills for leading a team.

Gain a greater understanding of the connection between service and leadership with our one-semester Spark program. This program focuses on:

• a commitment to understanding change
• servant leadership
• social consciousness, and
• community engagement!

Transform your leadership experience to positional leadership on campus, in the community, and within your future career field through the third phase of Emerge. Alongside a campus or industry coach, students will focus on:

• understanding how to apply their strengths
• planning for continued growth
• and reflecting on their learning!

Join us for lunch and a one-hour discussion on current leadership topics and practices! Each workshop is open to all Auburn students.

LeaderShape is an intensive, energizing, and unique 6 day leadership development building experience that focuses on building leadership skills and promoting self-discovery. This retreat is held every May.

Discover Retreat is a three-day retreat for students getting started in their leadership journey! This is a great way to learn foundational leadership skills and discover how to get involved as a student leader at Auburn University. This retreat is held at the start of each academic year.
