The Office of Student Involvement strives to provide all students with a way to get involved- whether it’s attending an event, volunteering for an event or applying for a leadership position. Check the calendar on our homepage to see what’s happening this week or visit AUinvolve to see a list of all events this semester. Below you will find a short description of back-to-school events and leadership opportunities available by application.
Emerge at Auburn University
Emerge is a successive leadership journey at Auburn University. Together, through a paradigm of service as leadership, we solve problems that exist on and around campus. Application and more information is available at aub.ie/emerge. Note: this transformative experience is replacing Freshman Leadership Programs (FLP) on campus.
Welcome Week is Auburn University’s official welcoming of new and returning students in the fall semester. Welcome Week will take place August 17-29. Welcome Week’s schedule is available on Auburn Guides mobile application. Download it today in the Apple & Android App Stores!
Freshman Forum is a unique opportunity that allows freshmen to serve as representatives of first-year students to the Student Government Association. Through this program, each participant works in a mentorship with a division of SGA gaining hands-on experience in service to our community. Applications close August 30th.
