Description: Posters that advertise an event that can be distributed across campus and throughout the community.

Frequency: Four weeks prior to event.

Audience: All faculty and staff, students and public.

Gimmicks

Description: Any free promotional item branded to reflect a program or event.

Frequency: Weekly leading up to event.

Audience: All faculty and staff, students and public.

The Plainsman

Description: Digital or print advertisements; posters in racks.

Frequency: The Plainsman runs print weekly and digital daily.

Audience: All faculty and staff, students and public.

Process: Contact Elizabeth Snider, advertising and marketing advisor, to schedule video production. 

Timeline: Submit a request four weeks ahead of the delivery date.

Eagle Eye

Description: Video production services including shooting, editing, and graphics.

Frequency: As needed.

WEGL 91.1 FM

Description: Public Service Announcements and underwriting are available, as well as DJ services.

Frequency: As needed.

Audience: All Faculty and staff, students, and public.

Timeline: Submit a request two weeks ahead of the delivery date.

The Glomerata

Description: Pages are available for purchase in the Glomerata as well as ad space.

Frequency: The Glomerata is released in April

Audience: All Faculty and staff, and students.

Process: Submit a Glomerata contract directly to Sarah Beth Cape, editor of The Glomerata.

Timeline: Contracts are due in September.

Bulletin Boards

Description: The Auburn Student Media Group provides distribution of flyers on bulletin boards across campus.

Frequency: As needed

Audience: All Faculty and staff, and students.

Process: Contact Elizabeth Snider to schedule delivery.

Timeline: Submit a request for design at least four weeks prior to needing materials and schedule delivery at least two weeks prior.

Alumni Association Barricade Banners

Description: Banners that cover the baricades that edge the Alumni Center lawn on gameday weekends.

Frequency: Every home football game.

Audience: All Faculty and staff, students, and public.

Snapchat Filter

Description: A geofilter that is used the day of an event.

Frequency: Day of the event.

Audience: Event attendees.

Buttons

Description: A button used to promote your event or program.

Frequency: As needed.

Audience: All Faculty and staff, students, and public.

Brochures

Description: Printed handout with information about a cause or event.

Frequency: As needed.

Description: Outdoor signage on campus used to promote an event or cause.

Description: T-shirts can be used to promote an event or to identify staff or participants of an event.

Frequency: As needed.
