Flyers

Description: Printed 8.5″ x 11″ documents that advertise an event and can be distributed across campus and throughout the community.

Promo Items

Description: Any free promotional item branded to reflect a program or event. Ex: pens, cups, shirts, buttons, stickers

The Plainsman

Description: Newspaper digital or print advertisements; The Plainsman runs print weekly and digital daily

Eagle Eye TV

Description: Video production services including shooting and editing.

WEGL 91.1 FM

Description: Sound services including event music and sound.

The Glomerata

Description: Pages are available for purchase in the Glomerata as well as ad space. The Glomerata is the university’s yearbook and is distributed to students for free each April.

Bulletin Boards

Description: The Auburn Student Media Group provides distribution of flyers on bulletin boards across campus.

Process: Contact Wendy Daehn at wsd0003@auburn.edu to schedule flyer distribution on campus. Submit request for distribution at least two weeks prior to preferred distribution date.

Snapchat Filter

Description: A geofilter that is used the day of an event or leading up to event for promotion.

Timeline: Allow one week for submission approval from Snapchat.

Brochures

Description: Tri-fold printed handout with information about a cause or event.

 

Concourse Banners

Description: Outdoor signage used to provide direction or display event graphics.

Process: Submit a banner permit request at aub.ie/bannerpermit. The permit form has detailed information about where to take your banner to be hung on campus.
