Photographic Services provides digital photography for appointments that promote the mission of Auburn University for research, institution, extension, and public service for each college and school as well as the Office of the President. Photography is provided at no cost when meeting these criteria, unless it is an event. This includes photography for university publications & web and for head shots. Photography is provided on a first-come-first-served basis.
External departments not legally a part of Auburn University will be charged based on our customer rates.

Book headshot photos for one individual or a group of individuals.
Headshot photos are scheduled by appointment only on Mondays (no walk-ins). Our studio is located at 104 Foy Hall (adjacent to Panda Express in the Foy food court). Exceptions can be made for large groups scheduling individual headshots. We do take on-site headshot photos on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of our staff. Book a group photo for your University department or organization.
Group photos can be scheduled in our studio. Our blue and white backgrounds can accommodate up to 9 individuals and our brown and black backgrounds can accommodate up to 12. For larger groups we can do on-site group shots at the discretion of our staff. Please contact us for more information after submitting your request via the form.
Request photos for use in university printed or online publications.
Our highly trained photographers produce only the best, high quality images available for download as high resolution JPEG or raw NEF files by authorized users. Please do not book publication photography during an event unless photos are needed for a specific publication or web need (i.e. 2 photos of a speaker at an event for a story in a publication), and the photographer is needed for no more than 30 minutes. Our photographers can offer real-time coverage of your event for a news release! We also offer same day or standard turnaround times for edited images.

Request photo coverage at your event.
Event coverage for University events is billable at $100 per hour on weekdays between 8am-5pm & at $120 per hour on weekdays after 5pm and on weekends. Event photos may include group shots, candid photos, specific details, etc.
Exceptions may be made at the discretion of our staff if photos are being used for specific print or web publications, or for use in a magazine. Please submit your form first and then contact our office for more information.
An automated response will be sent initially to acknowledge your request has been submitted. Appointments are not scheduled until a staff member responds with a confirmation email within 24-72 hours.
