What is SGA?
The Student Government Association is the official governing body of Auburn students, serving as the voice for the 29,000+ students on campus. Upon enrollment, every Auburn University student becomes a member of the Student Government Association. The 150 students who choose to serve Auburn through holding a position within the organization
exemplify will power, skill, and commitment to the Auburn Creed and Auburn Family.
SGA is a working group that strives to engage, understand, and serve each and every student in various ways through its three branches: Executive, Legislative, and Judicial. The Executive branch is then divided into Communications and Marketing, Finance, Initiatives, Outreach, and Programs. The Legislative branch consists of the Senate.
