STATE DIALOGUES

Kansas Hunger Dialogue

2011 marked the launch of the first Hunger Dialogue nationwide. The Kansas Hunger Dialogue was an event designed to build consensus agreements among Kansas colleges and universities to integrate hunger awareness, advocacy, and action on all campuses. Statewide dialogues have been held every year in Kansas since the inaugural year and numerous multi-sector partners have become engaged in campus and community projects to end hunger.

In 2014, Appalachian State hosted a webinar series as a new hunger dialogue format.
