Campus Resources

We have plenty of people ready to help you create an ePortfolio. Below are descriptions and links to four resources that are available to students at Auburn University. In addition to the descriptions below, the Campus Resources handout is available here.

Miller Writing Center

The Miller Writing Center staff is available to help with many different parts of your ePortfolio. They can provide support as you write reflections, incorporate a theme or message, identify artifacts, and design pages. The Miller Writing Center has a variety of locations and hours with consultants ready to help you. Click here to make an appointment with the Miller Writing Center.

Career Center

Developing an ePortfolio can lead to questions about future plans and potential career options. The Career Center provides assistance as you navigate these decisions. You can make an appointment with their counselors and coaches to receive feedback on resumes and cover letters. You can also visit their website to learn more about employers and graduate schools. Click here to find out more or to make an appointment.

Media and Digital Resource Laboratory

The Media and Digital Resource Laboratory (MDRL) is a great place to create videos or other digital artifacts for your ePortfolio. Video cameras are available for students to check out, and the computers are equipped with software such as Adobe Creative Suite and iMovie. The staff can also answer a variety of software and technology questions. Click here for more information.

The ePortfolio Project

The ePortfolio Project hosts a variety of workshops and speakers that can help you through the process of creating an ePortfolio. Be sure to check out the Get Involved page for upcoming opportunities, including the ePortfolio Student Workshop Series. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at eportfolios@auburn.edu.
