Faculty Reading Group
The Office of University Writing is hosting a reading group on writing issues relevant to faculty across campus. Our goal is to have open, engaging, and useful discussions that are directly applicable to our work as scholars and educators. This semester we will be focusing on the subject of diversity and inclusion, so we have chosen Frankie Condon and Vershawn Ashanti Young’s Performing Antiracist Pedagogy in Rhetoric, Writing, and Communication (available free online). We will meet once a month for about 90 minutes. Contact James Truman at email@example.com for information about meeting dates and times. Coffee and light refreshments will be provided. To keep discussions productive, we’ve limited the enrollment.
